Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our Prolyfe skincare and beauty products. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Returns

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@prolyfe.org with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective product. Our team will assess the situation and provide further instructions regarding the return process.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@prolyfe.org.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
